There is no better location for our first time in Rome. We were actually surrounded by the main sites of the Forum and Coliseum. They managed my many questions via online and scheduled the airport and port shuttles for reasonable costs. Many decent spots for dining nearby, close to all the tours and services like the pharmacy, luggage and of course chotakis. Check in staff and bellman were all very welcoming and helpful. Grabbing taxis and providing directions, even with our very limited Italian. We secured 2 rooms, a junior suite and a deluxe twin room with a beautiful view of the Forum. Extremely reasonable rates. Just over €2k for 3 nights each room. Very safe neighborhood. The breakfast team was generally very friendly. One young lady with long blond hair seemed a little irritated but maybe not feeling warm that day. We will definitely return to Hotel Forum.

The hotel had an old world charme that was real. I found that very refreshing! It was the little things… one example were the cakes on offer on the breakfast buffet. These were presented under a glass cloche! Not plastic!! I love these little details. There was a fully stacked minibar etc… Our room was tastefully decorated and cozy. Everything was functioning well and the sound proof windows allowed for a good night sleep whereby the installation of high quality inside and outside shutters permitted for the creation of a nice atmosphere in the room at any time of the day. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant & roof top bar with the one of a kind view over the Forum Romanum and beyond made our - sadly much to short - stay a unique experience. Great little gem of a hotel with great food, drink and staff - Please keep up the good work! I highly recommend

Location was superb. We were 10 minutes from the Colosseum/Forum. We also could easily walk to other sites such as Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. The hotel actually overlooks some of the ruins which is really cool. Breakfast was amazing and huge variety. Our bedroom space was fine, the bathroom very small. However, the shower even though small very strong water pressure. The roof top bar was nice feature. Prices of drinks up there expensive, however, the view and 3 little snack bowls (peanuts etc) nice treats. Other huge feature was a small convenience mkt right out the front door. We were able to grab our diet cokes, beers, water for super cheap. Nice that hotel room had small refrigerator.

It's 5 meters from Rome Forum, hence the name! It's walkable to all major attractions of Rome. 3 minutes to Colosseum. 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain. It's close to Metro but no need. I even walked to St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican and walked back. It took 40 minutes but you got to enjoy everything along the way. The room is compact but has everything you need. It even has a folding desk that's more comfortable than the desks of some bigger rooms I stayed in the past. Sparklingly clean. Bed was comfortable. The double layered wooden windows can keep the room as light-proof as you like for a good night's sleep. Very happy with my 5-night stay here!

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Forum/Coloseum and direct walking distance to all the big sites. Hotel was nicely and uniquely decorated, very clean and safe at night. Room and Bed were nice and comfortable, got good night's sleep during our stay. While the area is noisy, the windows let very little noise in so no disturbances! Views from the restaurant and bar were lovely and the waiters/bartenders were very friendly.
